Packing sucks. Not being able to watch the Charger game with everyone.
Oh well, I think the massages, seeing Jerimiah(godson), and seeing everyone will be worth it.

Dissappointing Sunday

Went to the Chargers game. Loss.
Fantasy Football. Loss.
Denver Win. Loss.
Procrastination.Loss.
School tommorow. Loss.

Yup, that sucks. Chargers still got a shot at the playoffs, it would be a miracle,but with the way they're playing now, I would have to say they're not going to and even if they do, I really don't think they deserve to be with the way they're playing. The offense, defense, special teams have good and off weeks every week. They're never all working.

Still have hope, but time is running out and Denver sh**ed on the Jets. They're pulling away.

Witnessing History: Obama

First Black President. I'll remember it as being a high school junior, doing history notes while watching TV, and hearing that Obama was projected to win because he had won California. Sure enough, he reached the 270 electoral college votes he needed. Funny how i witnessed history, while writing history. Let's see what he can do in 4 years.

Bye Bye

Optimism

Dissappointing loss today. Too many mistakes, dropped TD pass and interception. BUT, this game has showed me that the Chargers are looking to be strong after the bye week.

-LT looked really good and almost 100%. After the bye week, he's gonna be beasting.
-Philip Rivers IS a beast. He keeps us in the games, and is the best player on the offense right now.
Ranked #1 QB in the NFL.
-Gates looked healthy as well.

The only problem I can see is our defense and Ted. No pass rush, no sacks again today.
Hopefully, something will happen over the bye week where they can get their crap together.

The bye week is coming at a good time. Hopefully, by the next game, there will be no injuries on that injury report.

3-5 going in looks pretty bad, very bad actually.
But the Chargers will be making another appearance in the playoffs this year. I'm sure of it.

Dropping Knowledge

Watched Mr. Maheu on Jepoardy. Owned. Don't have him for history, but he's a beast.

Watch him tomorrow again at 7:30 on Channel 7.

Today was a bad day, NFL wise.

Couldn't even watch most of the Chargers game cause of those energy outages and what not. Then, I watch the Chargers lose to the freakin Bills. I lose 5 bucks to Tony, and watch a bad game from the Chargers. And to those that say, "Oh, it was Philip Rivers' fault cause he threw that one interception", you're WRONG. We wouldn't of even been that close in the game if Rivers didn't do well. If you really want to blame someone, blame our whole defense. After that Rivers INT, it seemed like they gave up, and let Lynch and Jackson run all over them. Yea, you can blame some of the coaches too...Cotrell for playing zone defense...for like forever. We had 0 sacks on Edwards, and he had all day to throw the ball. BUT, despite all that, still have faith in them. The defense seems life-less without Merriman, and LT is playing injured, but something will come soon enough.

Oh yeah, Matt freakin owned me in fantasy football. So yeah, good job Matt.

Long time since I've updated this. Still getting over the Chargers loss yesterday. Geez, freakin refs. Faulty replay equipment, WTF? During a live game? There's something up with that. And Cromartie needs to start thinking about tackling, and not going for interceptions. Seriously. And what happened to the defense? Theres no pressure at all. (/rant) Whatever, I won fantasy football this week, so that was good. Mira Mesa vs. Helix game was crazy. We won, so that's good. 2-0 baby.
